Q. Hi, I would love to order some of your glassware for my wedding, how do I place an order?
A. Have a look through my photo bucket album and pick a design, glass type and colours, all the photos are named and numbered, you can mix and match designs and colours to suit your wedding, then email all the details to me at glasswarebyem@gmail.com

Q. How long will it take to paint and post my order?A. I can have most orders painted, fired and in the post within 7 to 10 days, please allow 5 to 10 days postage time. Please let me know if you have urgent orders and I will endeavour to accommodate you.
Q. Do you have cheaper combined postage rates?
A. Yes, multiple items can be posted for approximately $2.25 per item
i.e. 15 glasses boxed and sent together will be $39 postage (WA, SA and TAS may be slightly more) I will be happy to provide a quote on request.
Q. How are the items packaged and sent to me?
A. All my plates and glassware are wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and individually boxed in sturdy cardboard boxes and posted with Australia post general delivery
Q. What happens if something gets broken in the post?
A. In the unlikely event of a breakage just email a photo of the broken item and I will replace the item for free. I will charge for postage costs only.
Q. Can I send registered post? Can I have my parcel insured for loss or damage?
A. Yes, for a $3 per $100 spent, Australia post can offer registered and insured post, just let me know your preference when ordering.
Q. Do I have to buy through Ebay?
A. No, you can order direct by email and I can still send a pay pal invoice if you prefer.
Q. Can I have my item Express posted to me?
A. Yes just let me know you would like express postage when ordering and I will provide a quote for you.
Q. How do I make payment?
A. If you would like to pay with pay pal just let me know and I can send you an invoice or you can pay via direct deposit. Items will be posted as soon as payment has cleared.
Q. Do I send you photos of my wedding party?
A. No, I don’t paint characters of individual people however you can send me pictures of the wedding dress so I can put personal touches to your dress
Q. How do I care for my products, can I put them in the dishwasher?
A. The paint I use is dishwasher safe, however and glitter is NOT. I recommend a warm hand wash; do not soak, to preserve your glassware.
